PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description and use

EPDM-microporous plates – damping

They are made of granules with a grain size of 2-8 mm, joined by a polyurethane based on polybutadiene. This product is a waste product, generated during the production of EPDM-microporous rubber profiles. The mechanical and physical properties of the plates predetermine them for the mutual separation of dynamically stressed parts of structures, to reduce vibrations and noise. They are not suitable for surface treatment, as small particles of crushed waste are visible on their surface. The material is resistant to temperatures from – 40 °C to + 80 °C. Currently, they are produced in the dimensions of 500x700mm and the thickness of 45 mm.

Softened PVC mats

The possibility of using these products is relatively wide both indoors and outdoors, e.g. as shower mats, shoe cleaning rugs in the building entrances, etc. The variability of these products is increased by the possibility of different color combinations and sizes. The recommended temperature range for their use is from -15 °C to +70 °C. They are produced by joining soft PVC profiles manually.

Rubber plates

Rubber plates are used in various industries, where it is necessary to use their main properties – insulating, protective, and damping.  In terms of the technology and the input raw material we divide them into rubber (compact) with a specific weight greater than 1.00 g / cm3, microporous with specific weight up to 1.00 g / cm3, and floor.

The main properties are high ductility, flexibility, airtightness, non-absorbency, mechanical resistance, and UV resistance.

Areas of application – flooring, plates for fitness centers, corridors, stadiums, garages.

The most common format is a roll or a cut of the desired format. Upon request, we will prepare a price offer or advise you in choosing the right material.
